The young men are currently engaged in a one year curriculum driven programme and they meet at the Lucas Cricket Club, Wednesdays (3:00 – 5:00 pm) and Saturdays (10:00 am to 1:00 pm) for their sessions.

Some of the activities include games/matches out of town along with outreach programmes coordinated by members of the Foundation. National fitness trainer, Gibbs Williams is the head coach.

One success story from this programme is a member of the cohort has been selected on the under 17 Jamaica now involved in regional competition. His name is Andre Bailey.
